• Full (100%) prepayment secures the date, time and menu. Until payment is made, the date is not held (another order may take it).
• Once we confirm the date is available, we send a payment link. Payment — within 2–3 days.
• Payment = order confirmation. By that point you have read these terms.
• Minimum — from 10 guests. For smaller groups — by arrangement.
• Menu and final guest count are confirmed 5 days before the date.
• Rescheduling — free of charge, if the new date is available.
• On cancellation we refund the payment minus costs actually incurred (for example, if food purchasing has already started). If no costs were incurred — full refund.
• 4 hours are included in the price. The event starts between 15:00 and 19:00.
• Each additional hour — €50.
• Each hour after 23:00 — €75 (night rate). Banquet and buffet are an evening format; continuing later is possible only at the night rate.
• Your own alcohol is allowed, corkage fee €10 / bottle.
• DJ — €50 / hour (minimum 2 hours).
• Dessert is included in the "with dessert" set options — you choose the flavour right in the menu, nothing to order separately.
• Minimum 3 hours. Price is per hour, barista-bartender included.
• Food and refreshments are up to you. If you'd like dishes from our kitchen — that is the buffet or banquet format.
• You may bring your own food — please let us know in advance (we need to prepare the hall).
• Your own alcohol — corkage €10 / bottle.
• Hour after 23:00 — night rate.
• Table reservation at the café: tables are booked via the reservation form on the website.
• Table for up to 12 guests — free.
• Table for 13+ guests — €40 deposit (holds the large table). On arrival the deposit is applied to your order; if the order is smaller, the difference is not refunded (minimum spend for a large table). In case of no-show the deposit is not refunded.
• Group lunch: arranged by request. Once we confirm the date is available, we send a link to place the order.
• 100% prepayment of the lunch = table booking. No separate table reservation or €40 deposit is needed.
• Discount for groups from 8 guests — 10% via a single-use promo code (group lunch only; does not apply to other services).
• Damage to property is compensated as incurred (we do not take a separate damage deposit in advance).
